Zavira provides:
- Accounting & bookkeeping outsourcing
- Recruitment & talent matching
- Business and technology services
3. User Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Use services legally
4. User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false information
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Misuse client or candidate data
- Bypass platform processes
5. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- All activities under your account
6. Payments & Engagement
- Fees depend on agreed contracts (FTE / monthly / project basis)
- Payments must be made as per agreed terms
- Refunds are subject to agreement
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and platform design belong to Zavira Solutions. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Users must not disclose:
- Client data
- Financial data
- Internal processes
9. Limitation of Liability
Zavira is not liable for:
- Business losses
- Data loss due to external breaches
- Third-party service failures
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraud or misuse is detected
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India / USA (depending on operating entity).
13. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through: Mutual discussion, then Arbitration, then Legal proceedings.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
